Allincapac is a very tall mountain in the Andes mountains of Peru. It is also known as Allin Ccapac or Allin Japac. This impressive peak is the highest point in the Carabaya mountain range.
The name Allincapac might come from the Quechua language. In Quechua, allin means "good" and qhapaq means "the mighty one." So, its name could mean "the good and mighty one."

Allincapac stands at an amazing height of 5,805 meters (about 19,045 feet). This makes it the tallest mountain in the Carabaya mountain range. Imagine climbing to such a high point!
Where is Allincapac Located?
Allincapac is found in the Puno Region of Peru. Specifically, it is in the Carabaya Province, within the Macusani District.
It is located south of another mountain called Huaynaccapac. It is also northeast of Chichicapac and north of Lake Chaupicocha. This area is known for its beautiful and towering mountains.
