Ana Patricia Botín-Sanz de Sautuola O'Shea (born on October 4, 1960) is a Spanish banker. She is the head of the Santander Group, a very large bank. She took on this important role in 2014.

Ana Botín is the fourth person in her family to lead the Santander Group. Before becoming the head of the whole group, she was the chief executive (CEO) of Santander UK. This means she was in charge of the bank's operations in the United Kingdom from 2010.
