Anatoly Borisovich Kuznetsov (Russian: Анатолий Борисович Кузнецов; born December 31, 1930 – died March 7, 2014) was a famous actor from the Soviet Union and later Russia. He is best known for his role as Fyodor Sukhov, a brave Red Army soldier, in the popular 1970 film White Sun of the Desert. His cousin, Mikhail, was also an actor. In 1979, Anatoly Kuznetsov was given the special title of People's Artist of the RSFSR. He lived and worked in the city of Moscow for most of his life.

Anatoly Kuznetsov was born and grew up in Moscow. His father, Boris Kuznetsov, was a well-known Russian singer. Anatoly first studied music at the Ippolitov-Ivanov Music School. However, he soon decided to become an actor instead. He went on to graduate from the famous Moscow Art Theatre School in 1955.
After finishing his studies, he started working at the Moscow Film Actor Theater in 1958. He began his film career while still a student. One of his first big roles was in the movie Dangers Trails, where he played one of the main characters.
