Andrzej Czok (born November 11, 1948 – died January 11, 1986) was a very brave Polish mountain climber. He is famous for two big achievements. He made the first ever winter climb of Dhaulagiri in 1985 with Jerzy Kukuczka. He also made the first climb up the South Pillar route on Mount Everest in 1980, also with Kukuczka. Sadly, he passed away during a winter climb on Kangchenjunga in 1986.
