Andrzej Zdzisław Wrona (born December 27, 1988) is a Polish former professional volleyball player. He played as a middle blocker. He was a member of the Polish national team. In 2014, he helped Poland win the World Championship.

Andrzej Wrona's Volleyball Journey
Andrzej Wrona started his professional volleyball career in Poland. He played for several top clubs and also represented his country. His hard work and skill helped him achieve many important wins.
Playing for Clubs
Andrzej Wrona first played in Poland's top volleyball league, called PlusLiga, in the 2007/2008 season. He was part of the team Wkręt-Met Domex AZS Częstochowa. With this team, he won a silver medal in the Polish Championship and the Polish Cup in 2008.
After that, he played for Delecta Bydgoszcz for three seasons. He became a key player for them. Because he played so well, he moved to one of Poland's best clubs, PGE Skra Bełchatów, in 2013.
With PGE Skra Bełchatów, he became a Polish Champion in 2014. His team also won the Polish SuperCup on October 8, 2014. In May 2015, they won a bronze medal in the PlusLiga. He continued playing for PGE Skra Bełchatów and won the Polish Cup again in 2016.
Playing for Poland
Andrzej Wrona joined the Polish national team in 2012. He played his first match against Serbia. A big moment in his career was on September 21, 2014. On that day, Poland won their second World Champions title.
For his great sports achievements and for promoting Poland around the world, he received a special award. On October 27, 2014, the President of Poland, Bronisław Komorowski, gave him the Gold Cross of Merit.
