Anne Parker (1696-1740) was a British stage actress who lived a long time ago, in the 1700s. She was also known by her married names, Anne Berriman and Anne Hallam. She was a very talented performer during her time.

Anne Parker first appeared on stage in 1720 at the Lincoln's Inn Fields Theatre. She played important roles like Regan in King Lear and Melinda in The Recruiting Officer. From 1723, she became a regular actress with John Rich's theatre company.

In 1726, Anne married Joseph Berriman, who was also an actor at Lincoln's Inn. After he passed away in 1730, she married another actor named William Hallam. From then on, she was known as Mrs Hallam for the rest of her acting career.

In 1732, Anne and Rich's theatre company moved to the brand-new Covent Garden Theatre. This was a very important theatre. Anne became especially famous for her amazing performances as Lady Macbeth, a powerful character in Shakespeare's play. She died on June 5, 1740, and was buried in Mitcham.
