Annemarie Carpendale, whose maiden name was Warnkross, is a well-known German TV presenter. She was born on October 29, 1977. Since 2005, she has worked for the TV channel ProSieben. There, she hosts popular shows like taff and red!. Before becoming a TV host, she was a dancer in the music group Bellini from 2000 to 2005.

Annemarie Carpendale's Early Life and Career
Growing Up and Starting Out
Annemarie Carpendale was born in Hanover, Germany. She grew up in Siegen, where her mother worked as a primary school teacher. As a child, Annemarie loved to dance ballet and play the piano. She also performed in different theaters.
From Dancer to TV Host
In 2000, Annemarie joined the pop group Bellini as a dancer. She toured with the band and gained experience performing. By 2005, she decided to leave the group. She wanted to focus on becoming a TV presenter and continue her studies.
During this time, she also appeared in various TV series and films. One of her early film roles was in Pura Vida Ibiza. She also worked part-time as a photo and catwalk model. Annemarie even worked in the news department of RTL Zwei.
In 2002, she tried out for a TV channel called VIVA. She made it to the final round of selections. From March 2004, she started hosting music charts shows. In May 2004, she began working on the Club Rotation show for VIVA.

Hosting taff and red!
Since March 2005, Annemarie Carpendale has been a main host for taff on ProSieben. She first hosted the show with Stefan Gödde. Since March 2009, she has hosted it with Daniel Aminati. taff is a popular daily show that covers celebrity news and lifestyle topics.
In November 2008, she also started hosting red! Stars, Lifestyle & More. This is a weekly show that focuses on celebrities and their lives.
Covering the Academy Awards
Since 2007, Annemarie has been a key part of ProSieben's coverage of the Academy Awards. These are also known as the Oscars. She and Steven Gätjen used to present the live broadcasts from Los Angeles. After Steven Gätjen left ProSieben, Viviane Geppert joined her in 2016 for the Oscar coverage.
Other Hosting Roles
From 2016 to 2018, Annemarie Carpendale hosted a dating show called Kiss Bang Love. She also co-hosted Ran an den Mann with her husband, Wayne Carpendale, on Sat.1.
In 2020, Annemarie was a presenter for the tenth season of The Voice of Germany. She filled in for Lena Gercke and hosted the show alongside Thore Schölermann. This popular singing competition airs on both ProSieben and Sat.1.

Annemarie Carpendale was in a relationship with Oliver Pocher from 2002 to 2004. She began dating actor Wayne Carpendale in November 2007. They got engaged in December 2011. In September 2013, Annemarie and Wayne got married in Ibiza. Their son was born in May 2018.
