About Annetta North
Annetta North became its own town on August 11, 1979. Before that, it was part of Annetta. Phyllis M. Studer was the first mayor of the town. As of April 2018, Robert Schmidt was the mayor.
Annetta North is mostly a place where people live or where farms are located. There is one church building in the town. You can also find a car repair shop and a riding arena there. Several waterways flow through the town, including the Clear Fork and South Fork of the Trinity River. Burgess Creek and Dixon Branch also pass through. The O'Neal Cemetery is also located within the town's borders.
Geography and Climate
The United States Census Bureau says that Annetta North covers about 3.3 square miles (8.5 square kilometers) of land. There is no water area within the town limits.
Annetta North has a humid and subtropical climate. This means it has warm, wet summers and mild winters. The average temperature throughout the year is about 64 degrees Fahrenheit (18 degrees Celsius). Summers are usually hot, with an average high of 76 degrees Fahrenheit (24 degrees Celsius).
