Anthimos Kapsis was born on the island of Astypalaia in Greece. When he was young, his family moved to Keratsini. He became a key player for Panathinaikos F.C..
Playing for Panathinaikos
Kapsis played for Panathinaikos from 1969 to 1984. He was part of the team that reached the 1971 European Cup Final. This big game was played at Wembley Stadium in London, England.
During his time with Panathinaikos, he helped the team win many titles:
