Antietam Lake is a beautiful reservoir located in Berks County, Pennsylvania. It is found entirely within the Antietam Lake Park. This lake used to belong to the city of Reading.
In 2006, Berks County bought the lake. Now, the lake is surrounded by a huge park. The park covers 643 acres of land. It is a great place for outdoor activities.
A Look Back in Time
When you visit Antietam Lake Park, you will find some cool historical spots. There is a lovely waterfall created by the dam. You can see it as you enter the park. It is a beautiful sight.
