Antonio Narcisse (born August 4, 1982) is a former American professional football player. He played as a center, which is a key position on the offensive line. Antonio played college football at Portland State University. Later, he joined many teams in the Arena Football League (AFL), including the New Orleans VooDoo and the San Jose SaberCats.
Antonio Narcisse's College Football Journey
Antonio Narcisse went to Sarah T. Reed High School in New Orleans, Louisiana. After high school, he started his college football career at the College of San Mateo.
Later, Antonio transferred to Portland State University. There, he played for the Portland State Vikings team. He was recognized for his skills, earning "First Team All-Big Sky" honors in 2004. This award means he was considered one of the best players in the Big Sky Conference.
Playing Pro Football: The Arena League Years
After college, Antonio Narcisse became a professional football player. He joined the Arena Football League (AFL), which is a league known for its fast-paced, indoor football games.
Antonio played for several teams during his professional career:
- He started with the New Orleans VooDoo in 2007.
- Then, he moved to the Cleveland Gladiators from 2007 to 2008.
- In 2010, he joined the Spokane Shock.
