Antwain Barbour's Basketball Journey

Antwain Barbour started his professional basketball career in 2004. He played for the Kentucky Wildcats in college. After that, he joined the Kentucky Colonels in the ABA league.

Playing in Different Leagues

In the next season, Antwain played in the Continental Basketball Association with the Yakama Sun Kings. In 2006, he moved to Spain. He finished the 2005–06 LEB season playing for UB La Palma. Even though he only played four games, he did well enough to sign with Tenerife Rural.

Success in Spain

Antwain played for the Tenerife team for two and a half seasons. He became one of the most exciting players in the LEB League. He even set a scoring record in that league, scoring 50 points in one game against CB Lucentum Alicante.

After two seasons where his team almost made it to the top Spanish league, Liga ACB, he left Tenerife. He then signed with Erdemir SK in the Turkish Basketball League. In his first season in Turkey, his team was the runner-up in the Turkish Cup Basketball. He also helped the team stay in the TBL league for the 2008–09 season. When he joined, the team was in 15th place, but he helped them improve.

Moving Between Teams

In 2009, Antwain returned to Spain. He played for Lagun Aro GBC, which is a team in the Liga ACB, Spain's top basketball league. A year later, Barbour went back to Zonguldak to play for Erdemir SK again.

For the 2011–12 season, Antwain Barbour signed with KK Cibona.

On July 3, 2013, Barbour signed with Mersin BB. He later played a short time in Poland. Then, he came back to Mersin BB on December 10, 2014. He finished his professional career in 2016.
