Anđelko Đuričić (born on November 21, 1980) is a former professional football player from Serbia. He played as a goalkeeper, which means his job was to stop the other team from scoring goals. Anđelko also had the honor of playing for his country, representing Serbia at the 2010 FIFA World Cup.

Anđelko Đuričić's Club Career
Anđelko Đuričić began his football journey at a club called Dunav Stari Banovci. After that, he moved to Dinamo Pančevo.
Playing for Hajduk Kula
In 2002, Anđelko joined Hajduk Kula. He stayed with this club for seven seasons, which is a long time in football! During his time there, he played in 141 games.
Moving to Portugal
In the summer of 2009, Anđelko decided to play football in another country. He signed with a Portuguese club called União Leiria. In his first season there, he was the team's main goalkeeper. This means he was the first choice to play in most games. He only missed four league games that season.
However, in the next season (2010–11), Anđelko played less often. He eventually left the club. After his time in Portugal, he played for several other clubs, including Al Ittihad in Egypt, and Donji Srem, Borac Čačak, and Jagodina back in Serbia. He also played for Mosta in Malta.
Representing His Country
Anđelko Đuričić also played for the Serbian national team. His first game for Serbia was on May 29, 2010. It was a friendly match against New Zealand.
World Cup Experience
In that game, he came on as a substitute at half-time. A substitute is a player who comes into the game to replace another player. Anđelko did a great job in that match, keeping a "clean sheet." This means he didn't let New Zealand score any goals while he was playing.
Because of his good performances, Anđelko was chosen to be part of Serbia's team for the 2010 FIFA World Cup. This is a huge international tournament where countries compete to be the best in the world. He was the third-choice goalkeeper for the team at the World Cup.
