Ardit Gjebrea (born on June 7, 1963) is a famous Albanian TV host, singer, songwriter, and producer. He is well-known for his music and for creating popular TV shows.

Ardit Gjebrea's Life and Music Career
Ardit Gjebrea started singing when he was only five years old. He performed in children's festivals in Albania. He won awards at local contests for singing songs by Avni Mula. These songs included "I ëmbël zëri i gjyshës" and "Kur kendoj per ty moj nënë" in the 1970s.
His first song as a composer was "E Shtrenjta Toka Ime". Liljana Kondakçi sang this song. The words were written by Zhuljana Jorganxhiu. This song was part of the Spring Festival in 1987.
A big moment in his career happened on December 17, 1991. He won the Festivali i Këngës në RTSH award with his song "Jon". He won this same award again in 1995 with his song "Eja".
Gjebrea has released three music albums. His first album, named "Ardit Gjebrea", came out in 1992. In 1997, he released "Projekt Jon". This album became a best-seller in Albania. "Projekt Jon" showed how talented Gjebrea was. He mixed Albanian traditional music with sounds from the Balkans and the Mediterranean. He also added new international music styles. In 2004, he released his third album, "Ja ku jam".
Ardit Gjebrea has performed in about 250 concerts in Albania. He has also sung in many other countries. These include the US, Canada, Germany, the United Kingdom, Greece, and China.
His daughter, Anna Gjebrea, also became a singer. She represented Albania in the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2021.
Ardit Gjebrea as a TV Host and Producer
Ardit Gjebrea has hosted and produced many TV shows. Some of these shows include TeleBingo and different Miss & Mister Albania contests. He also worked on "Dua më shumë Shqipërinë", "Rokoloko", and "Krishtlindje në Tiranë".
In 1996, Gjebrea hosted the Miss Europe Contest. This event took place in Albania that year. In 2007, he hosted the "Miss Model of the World" contest in China.
Kënga Magjike Music Festival
Every year, Ardit Gjebrea helps create the "Kënga Magjike" festival. This festival is for modern music artists. It includes artists from Albania, Kosovo, North Macedonia, and Montenegro. His company, JonMusic, works with KLAN Television to produce it.
The festival starts in June and ends in November. The first "Kënga Magjike" was held in 1999. This festival is shown live on TV in many countries. It is broadcast by Klan TV, Ora News, RTV21, Alsat, and Ballkanika Music Television.
E Diela Shqiptare TV Show
Since 2008, Ardit Gjebrea has been the producer and host of "E Diela Shqiptare". This show means "Albanian Sunday". It is a popular Sunday afternoon TV show. "E Diela Shqiptare" features many different things. It has discussions, ballet performances, live music, and special guests. It also shares sports results and includes fun games.
