Art Parkinson is an Irish actor. He was born on October 19, 2001. He started acting when he was just seven years old! Art is famous for playing Rickon Stark in the HBO TV show Game of Thrones. He also voiced the main character, Kubo, in the animated movie Kubo and the Two Strings.

About Art Parkinson
Art grew up in Moville, a town by the sea in County Donegal, Ireland. His mom, Movania, is also an actor. She runs a drama school in their town. Art and his two older brothers, Pearce and Padhraig, went to this school when they were young. His brothers have also acted in TV shows in Ireland and Britain.
Art can speak two languages! He learned through the Irish language in primary school and later at Coláiste Chineal Eoghain. In 2017, he was chosen as an ambassador for Seachtain na Gaeilge le Energia, which celebrates the Irish language.
His Acting Career
Art Parkinson began his acting journey with small roles. He played 'Young Kenneth' in the movie Freakdog. He also appeared in the Irish horror film Dark Touch.
In 2014, Art was cast in the action movie Dracula Untold. He then starred in the Hollywood film San Andreas (2015). In this movie, he played Ollie, a twelve-year-old boy caught in a huge earthquake in California. One of his most well-known roles is voicing Kubo in the animated film Kubo and the Two Strings (2016).
