Where is Artemus?
Artemus is located in the middle of Knox County, Kentucky. It's about 4 miles (6.4 km) southeast of Barbourville, which is the main town and county seat. The community sits on the north side of the Cumberland River.
Getting Around Artemus
Kentucky Route 225 is a main road that goes right through the center of Artemus. This road connects Artemus to Barbourville in the northwest. It also goes south for about 13 miles (21 km) to Kentucky Route 92 in Bell County.
