Arthur Napier Burghardt (born August 29, 1947) is an American actor who is now retired. He is well-known for his deep, powerful voice, which he used for many cartoon characters and video game roles. He also acted in a popular TV show called One Life to Live.

Arthur Burghardt started his acting journey in 1973. His very first movie role was in the film Network in 1976.

Arthur Burghardt is especially famous for his voice acting. His deep voice made many cartoon characters come alive.
- In The Transformers, he was the voice of the mighty robot Devastator.
- For G. I. Joe, he voiced important characters like Destro, Stalker, and Iceberg.
- He also voiced Venom in the Ultimate Spider-Man video game.
- You might also recognize his voice as Pete in several Disney video games. He was the first Black actor to voice this character.
- He also voiced Turbo in Challenge of the Gobots.
