Arthur Napier Burghardt (born August 29, 1947) is an American actor who is now retired. He is well-known for his deep, powerful voice, which he used for many cartoon characters and video game roles. He also acted in a popular TV show called One Life to Live.

Arthur Burghardt is especially famous for his voice acting. His deep voice made many cartoon characters come alive.

  • In The Transformers, he was the voice of the mighty robot Devastator.
  • For G. I. Joe, he voiced important characters like Destro, Stalker, and Iceberg.
  • He also voiced Venom in the Ultimate Spider-Man video game.
  • You might also recognize his voice as Pete in several Disney video games. He was the first Black actor to voice this character.
  • He also voiced Turbo in Challenge of the Gobots.
