Ashley Slater, born in 1961, is a talented musician from Canada and Britain. He plays the trombone and is famous for two main things. He was the narrator for the children's TV show Boo!. He also played in the band Freak Power with Norman Cook.

Ashley Slater's Musical Journey
After leaving the army in 1983, Ashley Slater studied music. He then joined a cool jazz group called Loose Tubes. For several years, he was a top choice for playing the trombone with many famous musicians. These included George Russell, Carla Bley, and Django Bates.
