Asuni (Sardinian: Asùni) is a small town, also known as a comune, located on the beautiful island of Sardinia in Italy. It's part of the Province of Oristano. Asuni is about 70 kilometers (around 43 miles) north of Cagliari, which is a big city in Sardinia. It's also about 30 kilometers (around 19 miles) east of Oristano.
As of December 31, 2004, about 416 people lived in Asuni. The town covers an area of about 21.2 square kilometers (around 8.2 square miles). People from Asuni are called Asunesi or Asunesus.
Asuni shares its borders with several other towns. These include Laconi, Ruinas, Samugheo, Senis, and Villa Sant'Antonio.
