Attilio Benfatto (born March 11, 1943, in Caselle de' Ruffi, Italy – died April 5, 2017, in Mirano, Italy) was a professional Italian road cyclist. He was best known for winning two stages in the famous Giro d'Italia race.

Attilio Benfatto started his professional cycling career in 1966. He was a strong rider who competed in many important races. He rode for several different teams during his career, including Salamini–Luxor TV and Scic.
