Ava is a small, unincorporated community located in Perry County, Arkansas, in the United States. An unincorporated community means it's a group of homes or buildings that isn't officially a town or city with its own local government. Instead, it's part of the larger county.
Where is Ava?
Ava is found about 25 miles (40 kilometers) west-southwest of Perryville. It sits on the south side of the South Fourche La Fave River floodplain. A floodplain is a flat area of land next to a river that might get flooded when the river overflows. Arkansas Highway 314 runs on the north side of this river, close to Ava.
