Saim Bülend Ulusu (born April 24, 1923 – died December 23, 2015) was an important Turkish leader. He was a skilled admiral in the Turkish Navy. Later, he became the Prime Minister of Turkey, serving from September 21, 1980, until December 13, 1983. He was followed in this role by Turgut Özal, who later became the President of Turkey.
