Jason Day and Aaron Chronister first shared their recipe in December 2008. They posted it on their blog, "BBQ Addicts." It quickly became super popular online! Over 500,000 people visited their blog. Jason and Aaron are expert barbecue cooks. They are from Kansas City. They often compete in cooking contests as the Burnt Finger BBQ team.
