Bahareh Rahnama (born December 1, 1973) is a well-known actress and author from Iran. She won a special award called the Hafez Award for her acting in the movie Tambourine in 2008.

Early Life and Education
Bahareh Rahnama was born in Arak, Iran, on December 1, 1973. Her dad, Jalal Rahnama, is a businessman. Her mom, Parvin Ghaem Maghami, is also an actress. When Bahareh was young, her family moved to Tehran in the early 1980s.
She studied a lot! She earned two bachelor's degrees: one in Legal Rights and another in Persian Literature. She also got a master's degree in Dramatic Literature. Besides her studies, she took classes in screenwriting and acting. She even worked as a journalist.
Her Acting and Writing Career
Bahareh Rahnama's first movie was Viper in 1991. Since then, she has become a busy actress. She performs in plays for the theater, acts in television shows, and stars in movies.
She is also a talented writer. She helped write scripts for popular TV series like The Nights of Barareh (2005), Mozaffar’s Garden (2006), and Shams-ol-Emareh (2009). Bahareh also wrote a book called Seven Nights in a Month. This book is a collection of notes from her personal blog over seven years.
Bahareh Rahnama has played many different roles in films. Some of her movies include Tambourine (2007), St. Petersburg (2009), and No Men Allowed (2010). She also appeared in TV series such as The Story of a City (2000) and The Man of a Thousand Faces (2007).
Involvement in Public Life
Bahareh Rahnama has also shown interest in public matters. For example, she supported Mir-Hossein Mousavi during the 2009 Presidential election. She met with Zahra Rahnavard, who is Mousavi's wife, in May 2009. She was also part of his presidential campaign.

Her Family Life
Bahareh Rahnama married Peyman Ghasemkhani in 1992. Peyman is an Iranian screenwriter. They have a daughter named Paria, who was born in 1997. Paria has acted alongside her mother in two films. Bahareh and Peyman divorced in 2016.
In August 2017, Bahareh married Amir Khosro Abbasi. However, in July 2022, she announced on social media that they had separated.
Her mother, Parvin, has also acted in TV series since 2004. Bahareh's former brother-in-law, Mehrab Ghasemkhani, is a writer. His former wife, Shaghayegh Dehghan, is also an actress.
