Bailey Thomas Cabello May (born 6 August 2002) is a talented Filipino-British artist. He is a singer, songwriter, model, actor, and dancer. Bailey first became known for his song covers of artists like Sean Kingston and Daniel Padilla. In 2015, he joined Pinoy Big Brother: 737, a popular TV show, and finished as the fourth-place winner among the teens. Later, in 2017, he became a member of the global pop group Now United. He represented the Philippines in the group until he left in 2023 to focus on his own music career.

Early Life and Beginnings
Bailey May was born in Cebu City, Cebu, Philippines. His mother, Vanessa May, is from Cebu, and his father, Matthew May, is British. He has a younger sister named Maya Luiza May. When Bailey was four years old, his family moved to Norwich, England. He lived there until he was twelve. Because of this, he has both Filipino and British citizenship. His family often visited the Philippines for holidays. He went to Notre Dame High School in Norwich.
At age twelve, Bailey moved back to the Philippines for good. Soon after, he became a housemate on Pinoy Big Brother: 737 after auditioning online.
Becoming an Actor
Bailey's time on Pinoy Big Brother: 737 opened doors for him in Philippine entertainment. He successfully entered the show as a housemate in 2015. He finished as the third runner-up, or 4th Teen Big Placer.
After the show, he got his first acting role in the popular TV series On the Wings of Love. He played Harry Fausto, the younger cousin of the main character, Clark Medina. Harry's love interest in the show was Audrey Olivar, played by Ylona Garcia.
Music Journey
Starting His Music Career (2015–2016)
In July 2015, Bailey and fellow housemate Ylona Garcia recorded their own version of "Magmahal Muli" (which means To Love Again). The next month, Bailey recorded his version of "Now We're Together." Both songs were released on Spotify in August 2015. His first album, simply called Bailey May, came out in November 2015.
Joining Now United (2017–2023)
In November 2017, Bailey was announced as a member of the global pop group Now United. He was the 9th member and represented the Philippines. The group went on several world tours, visiting places like Mexico, India, Brazil, and South Korea.
In 2019, Now United released the music video for 'Afraid Of Letting Go'. Bailey was the lead singer in this song. The video was filmed in Intramuros and Letran in Manila, Philippines. Also in 2019, Now United released 'Sundin Ang Puso' with Pepsi. Bailey sang the chorus in Tagalog with Any Gabrielly, and this video was also shot in Manila.
In January 2020, Now United released 'Live This Moment', featuring Bailey and the other boys of the group. Later in 2020, 'Nobody Fools Me Twice' was released, with Bailey singing parts in Korean alongside Heyoon Jeong. In early 2021, the group released 'How Far We've Come', where Bailey was the only male singer. On January 13, 2023, Bailey announced he was leaving Now United to focus on his solo career. The song "Odo" was his last song with the group.
Solo Career (2023-Present)
On August 9, 2023, American choreographer Matt Steffanina released "Reason Why" featuring Bailey. The music video for this song came out on August 29 and included Sofya Plotnikova, another former Now United member.
On October 18, 2024, Bailey released his new solo song, "Come Closer."
