Early Life and Education
Barış Yarkadaş was born in a place called Susuz, in Kars, Turkey. His parents are Zülfiye and Rasim Yarkadaş. When he was 14, in 1988, his family moved to Istanbul.
He later went to Anadolu University. This is where he started his journey into the world of journalism.
A Career in Journalism
While studying at university, Barış Yarkadaş began working as a journalist. He worked on many different television shows. He is also part of the Turkish Journalists' Association. This group helps support journalists in Turkey.
