Beep was a popular fruit-juice-based drink in Canada. It was made by a company called Farmers Cooperative Dairy in Nova Scotia. Beep was sold in many Canadian provinces.

The Story of Beep

Beep first came out in the 1960s. It was a well-known drink for many years. However, its production stopped in March 2010.

A few years later, in 2012, Beep made a special comeback! It was brought back as a seasonal drink for the summer. The company even used a cool, old-fashioned carton design for this return. But sadly, Beep was stopped again in 2015.

What Was Beep Made Of?

Beep was a mix of different ingredients. The carton listed what was inside. It contained water and sugar. It also had several fruit juices. These included orange, apple, apricot, prune, and pineapple.

Other ingredients helped give Beep its taste and color. These included citric acid, which is found in citrus fruits. There was also orange pulp and natural flavors. Some other parts were sodium citrate, canola oil, and modified corn starch. It also had sodium benzoate, caramel color, annatto, and ascorbic acid (which is also known as Vitamin C).
