Benjamin Kheng Wen Ming (born August 15, 1990) is a talented singer, songwriter, and actor from Singapore. He first became known as a member of the popular Singaporean band, The Sam Willows, which started making music in 2012. Before becoming a musician, Benjamin was also a national youth swimmer!

Early Life and School Days
Benjamin started swimming when he was just six years old and even became a national youth swimmer. He went to several schools in Singapore, including Anglo-Chinese School (Primary) and Singapore Sports School. Later, he earned a diploma in Arts and Theatre Management from Republic Polytechnic.
Music and Acting Career
Benjamin Kheng is a key member of The Sam Willows band. He plays the keyboard, rhythm guitar, and is one of the main vocalists. In May 2019, the band decided to take a break. Since then, Benjamin has been working on his own music as a solo artist.
Besides music, Benjamin is also a creative person in other ways. He helped create "The BenZi Project," which is a funny online comedy show on YouTube. He made this show with another Singaporean YouTuber named Hirzi Zulkiflie.
Benjamin cares a lot about young people and important social issues. He has been invited to speak at events like TEDxYouth. There, he shared his experiences about dealing with personal challenges and how he worked to overcome them. He also has something called synesthesia, which means he might experience one sense through another, like seeing colors when he hears music.
In August 2021, Benjamin worked with a virtual influencer named Rae. He wrote the song called Worlds that they sang together. In 2024, Benjamin was chosen to sing the main song for Singapore's National Day Parade, called "Not Alone." He also wrote the words for this special song. He performed it with members of the Music and Drama Company.
Personal Life
Benjamin has a younger sister named Narelle Kheng, who is also a member of The Sam Willows band. Benjamin is married to Naomi Yeo, who is a model and a radio host in Singapore.

Benjamin has acted in movies and television shows. Some of the movies he has been in include Young & Fabulous (2016) and Wonder Boy (2017). He has also appeared in various TV series like Mata Mata and Code of Law 2.
Theater Performances
Benjamin has also performed on stage in theater productions. In 2014, he was in Ah Boys to Men: The Musical, and in 2015, he acted in The Emperor's New Clothes.
