Elizabeth Grace Nell Allen (born on May 28, 1984) is an actress from New Zealand. She started acting when she was very young, appearing in small shows and commercials from 1993.
Her first big TV role was in The Legend of William Tell in 1998. She played Princess Vara in that series. Beth became famous around the world for her role as Amber in the TV show The Tribe. She joined the show in 1998 for its first season. Later, she left to focus on her school studies, but she came back for three more seasons.

Beth Allen has been in many other TV shows and movies. In 1999, she had a main role in an episode called "The Green Dress" from William Shatner's A Twist in the Tale. She also appeared as a guest in popular shows like Xena: Warrior Princess and Revelations - The Initial Journey.
In 2006, Beth played Ellie in the Treasure Island Kids' Trilogy movies. She also had guest roles in other TV series. These include Power Rangers: S.P.D., Outrageous Fortune, and Power Rangers: Operation Overdrive.
From 2008 to 2014, Beth Allen was a main actress on Shortland Street. She played the character Dr Brooke Freeman. Beth has also performed in several plays. Many of these plays were put on by her husband's theatre company, The Basement Theatre.
