Elizabeth Grace Nell Allen (born 28 May 1984) is an actress from New Zealand. She started acting when she was very young. Since 1993, she has been in many small shows and commercials.
Her first big TV role was in The Legend of William Tell in 1998. She played Princess Vara in that show. Beth is also known around the world for her role as Amber in The Tribe. She joined The Tribe in 1998 for the first season. She then left the show to focus on her schoolwork. Later, she came back for three more seasons.

Early Roles and Guest Appearances
In 1999, Beth had a main role in an episode called "The Green Dress." This was part of the TV show William Shatner's A Twist in the Tale. She also had guest roles in popular shows like Xena: Warrior Princess. Another guest role was in Revelations - The Initial Journey.
In 2006, she played Ellie in the Treasure Island Kids' Trilogy films. She also appeared as a guest in other TV series. These included Power Rangers: S.P.D. and Power Rangers: Operation Overdrive. She also appeared in Outrageous Fortune.
Joining Shortland Street
In 2008, Beth Allen joined the cast of Shortland Street. This is a very popular New Zealand TV show. She played Dr. Brooke Freeman and was a main character. She stayed on the show until 2014 when her character left.
