What is the Bethlehem Green?
The Bethlehem Green is a park shaped like a triangle. It's surrounded by several streets. Route 61 (Main Street) is on its east side. Route 132 (West Road) is on the north. The street simply called "The Green" is on its west side.
Memorials and Trees
Inside the green, you'll find five special stone tablets. There is also a large green boulder. These monuments list the names of Bethlehem residents. They honor those who served in wars. This includes conflicts from the American Revolution to World War II. A flagpole stands proudly near these memorials.
Many maple trees are planted around the edges of the green. In the very center, there's a large evergreen tree. This tree is decorated as a Christmas tree during winter.
