Blue Eye is the northernmost town in Arkansas. This means it is the town closest to the state's northern border. It is so close to the border that it actually touches Blue Eye, Missouri. This makes them "contiguous," meaning they are connected without a break.
A road called Arkansas Highway 21 ends right at the state border. It then continues north into Missouri as Missouri Route 13. The community of Blue Eye is also located just south of a large body of water called Table Rock Lake.
