Bob Owens (born around 1946) is a well-known American football coach. He is currently the head football coach for Chapman University. He has held this important position since 2006. Before joining Chapman, Owens was the head football coach at Whittier College in Whittier, California, from 1996 to 2002. He also worked as an assistant coach for the Sacramento Surge. This team was part of the World League of American Football (WLAF) in 1992. That year, his team even won the World Bowl '92 championship!
