Bob Owens (born around 1946) is a well-known American football coach. He was the head football coach for Chapman University from 2006 until he retired in 2024. Before that, Owens was the head coach at Whittier College in Whittier, California, from 1996 to 2002. He also worked as an assistant coach for the Sacramento Surge in 1992.
