Rogers Lee Brown (born May 25, 1954) is a former American professional baseball player. He played as an outfielder in Major League Baseball (MLB). His career in the major leagues lasted from 1979 to 1985.

Brown played for several teams during his career. These included the Toronto Blue Jays in 1979. He also played for the New York Yankees from 1979 to 1981. Later, he joined the Seattle Mariners in 1982. His final team was the San Diego Padres, where he played from 1983 to 1985.
