Bondurant is a small place in western Fulton County, Kentucky, in the United States. It's called an unincorporated community. This means it's a group of homes or businesses that isn't officially a town or city with its own local government.
The community gets its name from an early settler. This person was a descendant of a large group of French Huguenots. Huguenots were French Protestants who had to leave France because of their religious beliefs. Many of them came to America. This specific group landed in Virginia in the year 1700. They settled near the James River.
