Borchard Community Park is a super fun public park located in western Newbury Park, CA. It's a fantastic spot for families and friends to enjoy outdoor activities. The park is right next to Newbury Park High School and the Borchard Maintenance Shop. You can find it at the corner of Reino Road and Borchard Road. It sits at the base of the beautiful Santa Monica Mountains.

How to Get to Borchard Community Park
It's easy to find Borchard Community Park! If you're coming from Highway 101, take the Borchard Road/Rancho Conejo Road Exit. Then, head southwest on Borchard Road for about one mile. You'll see the park entrance at 190 Reino Road in western Newbury Park.
The Park's History
The land where Borchard Community Park now stands has a rich history. Near the corner of Borchard and Reino Roads, the pioneer Caspar Borchard family once lived. They owned a large ranch in this area from 1881 to 1961. The park is named after this important local family.
Future Plans for the Park
There's an exciting project happening near the park! A new pathway is being built along the Arroyo Conejo. This path will connect the southern parts of the park. It will go through Casa Conejo, CA and continue all the way to the Newbury Park Library. This multi-use pathway will be great for walking, running, and biking.
