Boris Cebotari (born 3 February 1975 – died 15 July 2012) was a talented Moldovan footballer. He played as a Midfielder and was known for his skills on the field. Boris was born in Sărăteni, which was part of the Soviet Union at the time. He sadly passed away at the age of 37 in Chișinău, Moldova.

Playing for Clubs: A Football Journey
Boris Cebotari spent most of his career playing for Zimbru Chişinău. He played over 200 games for this club, showing great dedication. In April 2004, he moved to Ukraine to play for Volyn Lutsk.
After his time in Ukraine, Boris returned to play for Zimbru Chişinău again. His last club was CSCA-Steaua Chişinău. He was a key player for many years.
Playing for His Country: Moldova
Boris Cebotari also proudly represented his home country, Moldova. He played many matches for the national team. His last official game for Moldova was on 13 October 2004. This match was against Scotland.
