You can find Borth in central Wisconsin. It sits right where two county roads, County D and County XX, meet. This makes it easy to find on a map. The community is also close to a small town called Poy Sippi.

How Borth Got Its Name
The community of Borth was named in April 1892. It was named after a very important person in its early history: August Borth. He was the first postmaster in the area. This means he was in charge of the local post office, helping people send and receive mail.
August Borth also owned a cheese factory in the community. Cheese making was a big business in Wisconsin back then, and it helped the community grow. Naming the place "Borth" was a way to honor his contributions to the area.
