Bottom Creek is a small, unincorporated community located in McDowell County, West Virginia, United States. Bottom Creek is found along U.S. Route 52, a main road, between the towns of Kimball and Vivian. The community gets its name from a stream, also called Bottom Creek, that flows through the area.
