The stream starts in the middle of Beaver County. From there, it flows towards the southeast. Finally, it joins the Beaver River in a town called Fallston, Pennsylvania.

Brady Run begins high up, about 1,160 ft (350 m) above sea level. Its source is near a natural divide between its own waters and another stream called North Fork Little Beaver Creek. This starting point is about 3 miles west of Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania.
Where Does Brady Run End?
After flowing for about 5.68 mi (9.14 km), Brady Run reaches its end. It flows into the Beaver River at Fallston, Pennsylvania. At this point, the elevation is much lower, around 690 ft (210 m) above sea level.
