The Brassiere Hills are two mountain peaks located in Juneau, Alaska, United States. These hills are found at the northern end of Taku Inlet. They are about 4.5 kilometers (2.8 miles) north of Taku Point. The hills are also about 18 kilometers (11 miles) northeast of the city of Juneau.

About the Brassiere Hills

The Brassiere Hills are made up of two main summits. One peak is about 733 meters (2,405 feet) high. The other peak is slightly lower, at about 719 meters (2,360 feet) high. A small stream called Zipper Creek flows between these two peaks.

Scientists have studied the ice in this area. For example, studies on the thickness of the Taku Glacier were done near the Brassiere Hills. These important studies took place in 1989, 1990, and 1993. They helped researchers understand more about the glacier.
