After his first season, Brayan became the main goalkeeper for a short time. This happened because the regular keeper, Rodrigo Naranjo, was injured. Moving to Colo-Colo
In 2018, Brayan Cortés joined Colo-Colo, one of Chile's biggest football clubs. He quickly became a key player for the team. Since joining, he has played over 160 games for Colo-Colo. He continues to be their main goalkeeper.
