Brecon is a small community in Hamilton County, Ohio, United States. It's known as a census-designated place (CDP). This means it's an area that looks like a town but isn't officially set up as one. In 2020, about 408 people lived there.
History of Brecon
Brecon used to be an important stop on the Cincinnati, Lebanon and Northern Railway. This was a train line that helped people and goods travel. Back in 1894, Brecon was a small village. It had about 50 people living there. The village also had a store, a school, and a church.

Brecon is located in Sycamore Township. It is about 18 miles (29 km) northeast of downtown Cincinnati. You can find it near where two big highways, Interstate 71 and Interstate 275, meet.
Brecon shares its borders with several other places:

- To the south is the city of Montgomery.
- To the southwest is the city of Blue Ash.
