Brian Eugene Howard (born October 19, 1967) is an American former professional basketball player. He played as a small forward, which is a player who scores points and helps with rebounds. Brian is 6 feet 6 inches tall and weighed 204 pounds during his playing career.

He played college basketball at North Carolina State University. After college, Brian played briefly for the NBA's Dallas Mavericks from 1992 to 1993.
