Contents
The Buford Files: A Dog Detective
This part of the show follows Buford, a super lazy bloodhound. He has a sad bark but a really good nose for solving mysteries! Buford lives deep in a place called Fenokee Swamp.
He teams up with two teenagers, the Boggs twins: Cindy Mae and Woody. Together, they solve tricky mysteries. Even Sheriff Muletrain and his clumsy deputy, Goofer McGee, can't figure them out! Buford's ears can spin like radar dishes to hear clues. His nose can sniff out clues like a Geiger counter finds things.
But Buford has a couple of funny weaknesses. When the moon comes out, he howls very loudly, sometimes at the worst times! He also has a funny ongoing fight with a raccoon who knows karate.

Nugget Nose also looks after two young cowgirls, Wendy and Rita. They work at the Fuddy Dude Ranch, which is owned by a grumpy old man named Fenwick Fuddy. Whenever Mr. Fuddy threatens to fire the girls, Nugget Nose becomes invisible. He then helps them out and causes funny trouble for Mr. Fuddy. He loves to annoy Fuddy in silly ways! When the girls need help, Wendy rubs her special gold nugget necklace to call Nugget Nose.
