Cool Rides and Fun Zones at Bunker Beach Water Park

Catch a Wave in Minnesota's Biggest Wave Pool!

Get ready to splash in Minnesota's biggest wave pool right here at Bunker Beach! The waves turn on for 15 minutes, then take a 10-minute break. Lifeguards are always watching to keep everyone safe. This awesome pool uses compressed air to make its waves and stays at a comfy 73 degrees Fahrenheit.

Zoom Down the Exciting Water Slides!

Bunker Beach has six thrilling water slides for you to enjoy. Four of these are tube slides, where you ride down on a big inner tube. The other two are body slides, where you slide right on the water! To go on these slides, you need to be at least 48 inches tall. Next to the "Twisted Towers" slides, you'll find a fun "Wiggly Walk" challenge.

Float Along the Relaxing Lazy Loop River!

A super chill lazy river, called the "Lazy Loop," was added to Bunker Beach in 2010. It's 900 feet long, and it takes about 9 to 11 minutes to float all the way around. As you drift along, watch out for water jets, misters, and other fun water toys that will spray you!

Climb and Play at Rocky Bay Pool!

Rocky Bay is another cool addition from 2010. It's a smaller pool with two 10-foot "Aqua Climb" walls that you can try to climb over the water. There are also two water basketball hoops for some friendly competition. This pool even has a special chair to help people with disabilities get into the water easily.

Splash and Explore the Adventure Pool!

The Adventure Pool is perfect for all ages, with a zero-depth entry that's like walking into the ocean. It has a fantastic play structure with spray cannons, three slides, and walls that cascade with water. The deepest part of this pool is only two feet, making it a great place to splash around.

Dig and Play in the Sand Play Area!

If you love sand, check out the Sand Play Area! It's like a giant sandbox with a small playground. You'll find cranes, gadgets, and even fountains of water to play with. It's a great spot for building and getting creative.

Other Fun Things to Do!

Beyond the water attractions, Bunker Beach also has volleyball courts where you can play a game with friends. There are also several picnic areas if you want to bring your own snacks (though outside food isn't allowed in the main park area). You can even rent large cabanas for some shade and a private spot to relax.

Snacks and Treats at Bunker Beach

Bunker Beach wants you to enjoy all their tasty food options! You can't bring your own outside food into the park. Instead, you can buy delicious meals and snacks from two places: the Tidal Wave Cafe or the Breakers Snack Shack.

Special Events and Concerts

Bunker Beach sometimes hosts cool events! For example, the popular boy band Big Time Rush, also known as BTR, performed a concert right here at Bunker Beach on June 6, 2011. They played some of their hit songs, like "Boyfriend"!
