Buray Hoşsöz (born June 15, 1984), known simply as Buray, is a famous Turkish Cypriot pop singer and guitarist. He is known for his catchy songs and popular music videos.

Musical Journey

Buray jumped into the music scene with his first album, 1 Şişe Aşk, in 2015. The first song released from the album, called a lead single, was "İstersen." Buray composed the music himself, and the lyrics were written by Gözde Ançel.

At first, the song was a slow burn, but soon it started playing all over the radio and on streaming sites. "İstersen" became a huge hit and climbed to the number one spot on the Türkçe Top 20, Turkey's official music chart.

Following this success, he released a music video for his next song, "Sen Sevda Mısın." This song also became a number one hit, proving Buray was a new star in Turkish pop music. He later released another popular music video for the song "Kimsenin Suçu Yok."
