Buxtehude is a town in Northern Germany. It has about 39,000 people living there. The town is located by the Este river. This river connects Buxtehude to the important Elbe river, which is only about 6 miles away.
Buxtehude is famous as "The Fairytale Capital" of the world. A well-known story by the Brothers Grimm, called "The Bunny and the Hedgehog," takes place in this very town.
