Captain Zed and the Zee Zone was an animated TV show from the United Kingdom and the United States. It aired on CITV in the UK. The show is all about dreams!

When kids go to sleep, sometimes they have nightmares. That's where Captain Zed and his friend PJ come in. Their job is to fly into the "dream zone" and stop those bad dreams from happening. It's like they're dream protectors!

This show had 26 episodes spread across two series. It was made by Collingwood O’Hare and Scottish Television Film Enterprises. They worked with DIC Entertainment and Shanghai Morning Sun Animation Co., Ltd. HIT Communications PLC helped share the show with audiences.

In the UK, the first series of 13 episodes started on October 17, 1991. The second series, also with 13 episodes, began on January 5, 1993. The show was even shown again in the autumn of 1993. Later, in 2009, it was re-aired on wknd@stv, a kids' TV block on the Scottish channel STV. Even though it was partly made in the US and had Canadian voice actors, Captain Zed and the Zee Zone was never shown in North America. It also hasn't been released on DVD there.
