Cara Gee (born July 18, 1983) is a talented Canadian actress. She is known for her work in movies, TV shows, and on stage. You might know her from the TV series Strange Empire or The Expanse. Forbes magazine has called her one of the most important Indigenous women in entertainment.

Cara Gee's Acting Journey
Cara Gee started her acting career on stage in Toronto, Ontario. She performed in many plays, including famous ones like The Penelopiad by Margaret Atwood. She also appeared in The Rez Sisters by Tomson Highway.
First Big Roles
Cara's first major movie role was in Empire of Dirt. Her performance was so good that she was nominated for a Canadian Screen Award. She also won a special award at the 2013 Toronto International Film Festival. Plus, she won Best Actress at the American Indian Film Festival. In 2013, she was even named one of the festival's "Rising Stars."
Moving to Television
After her success in movies, Cara Gee started acting in TV shows. She had guest roles in series like King and Republic of Doyle.
