Carl Joseph Artman, III (born March 15, 1965) is an American lawyer and a member of the Oneida Tribe of Indians of Wisconsin. He has held important positions in the United States government. From 2007 to 2008, he served as the Assistant Secretary of the Interior for Indian Affairs. In this role, he oversaw government programs and policies for Native American tribes. Before that, he was an Associate Solicitor for Indian Affairs from 2005 to 2007.
